A 33-year-old male with congenital glaucoma. In the immediate postoperative period following a trabeculectomy, he develops marked ocular hypotony, with atalamia and choroidal detachments (CDs). Given the increase in CDs with conservative treatment, surgical closure of the trabeculectomy was performed, showing recovery of the anterior chamber and reduction of CDs 24 hours after the second intervention.
