OCT Horizontal radial section: Elevation and thickening of the nasal CFRN can be seen.

OCT Optic disc cube: Bilateral papillary edema with generalized thickening of the RNFL, affecting four sectors in both eyes.

The presence of bilateral papilledema due to increased intracranial pressure is called papilledema. In the early stages, visual acuity is usually normal. Lumbar puncture confirms the presence of increased intracranial pressure.
