Grouped HCEPR are small, multiple, well-demarcated, flat pigmented lesions grouped in a “bear print” pattern with a sectoral distribution. They are usually incidental findings, not associated with general diseases.

A 45-year-old woman who, during a routine check-up, showed grouped pigmented lesions in the lower nasal sector of the right eye. These lesions are best visualized with fundus autofluorescence.
