Post-traumatic macular hole

Color retinography (CLARUS 500, Zeiss): Large macular hole without retinal detachment associated with marked increase in macular surface brightness.

OCT (Cirrus-HD 6000, Zeiss) (A): Macular hole with a diameter of 1100 microns. Note that the posterior hyaloid is adhered, a very characteristic feature of post-traumatic macular holes.
